Meet Leann Tarter
I learned the true value of a dollar when I began working at just 13 years old. While my family didn’t come from money, they instilled an invaluable sense of hard work and perseverance in me from an early age.
These lessons inspired me to begin my entrepreneurial journey by founding a mortgage brokerage when I turned 23. At the time, I could have never guessed that I would own a $1.3M house and $150K cars within the next year.
With a $4M real estate portfolio at 25 years old, the pricelessness of those early-life lessons was clear. In the years that followed, I began taking note of the actions that facilitated my success. Now, I am inspired to help founders, entrepreneurs, and business owners forge their own paths to success.
Meet Bill Tarter
My passion for real estate began well before my role as a sales representative at a local real estate marketing company. Through my experiences, I learned the power of relationships to drive results.
With this people-first approach at heart, I earned my role as the Vice President of Sales at a leading company by age 34. My efforts not only drove the success of an acclaimed sales team and innovative platform, but also nurtured a winning culture that generated tens of millions of dollars for my client.
With these results in mind, I was driven to make these same results possible for anyone looking to take their business up a notch.
Joining Hands in Life and Business
As a husband-wife duo, our business journey led us to found a multi-million dollar mortgage brokerage with billions of dollars in gross revenue. Over time, we scaled our team across state lines to 75 people who shared our vision and values.
Our ascent to become multimillionaires in 2019 was all thanks to our combined business acumen and sweat equity. All the while, we leaned on each other to grow as opposed to outside business developers or consultants.
